I have
recently returned from a 2 night stay at the Park House Hotel and the
only work I can think of to describe it is FABULOUS!!! Staff are very
professional and extremely friendly, the food is delicious and the

Thoroughly
enjoyed our weekend stay at this hotel which was chosen on the
recommendation of previous reviewers. We were given room upgrade which
was really 1st class. Could find no fault with accomodation or service.

My
fiancé and I stayed for three nights in this hotel on our first trip to
Ireland. I must say it was the nicest hotel on our tour of south/west
Ireland. It's location is second to none, close to bars, restaurants
etc, yet it is quiet enough for a good rest too. The restaurant in the
hotel was fantastic - we were lucky enough to have one evening meal
included in our rate but ended up eating there on two nights. I would

The
Parkhouse Hotel is a gem. Immaculate and comfortable. You will never
find a more courteous staff, or find food as good. Every meal during
our 4 day stay was fantastic. There were 5 in our group, and it was

The price seemed quite steep from what we paid when we stayed at the Park House 2 years ago. But I'm happy to say, it was worth it. The wonderful staff, especially Deidre and the other girls at the front desk, really go out of their way to be helpful. We were upgraded to a deluxe room on the new 4th floor of the Park House. We stayed at your hotel last Friday night, we enjoyed it so much we
stayed another night in room 404 and room 405. I have stayed in hotels
all over the world 5 star and 7 star in Dubai and I must say yours is
well up amongst them, the overall service was very good and the quality
of the food excellent. The rooms where spotless and very comfortable,
WELL DONE TO YOU AND YOUR STAFF, you are a credit to the hotel industry in Ireland.

wife and I have recently spent a week’s stay at your hotel and we feel
it is important to say how much we have enjoyed our visit. Your staff
without exception, those with whom we have direct contact and those we
do not see, have delivered excellent customer service. From the time

I stopped at the Park House on the above dates and although I
completed the visitor questionnaire I felt I would like just to drop
you a mail. Obviously you have an excellent building which looks lovely
inside and out, however brick and motor are just that. However your
staffs are exceptional, in all departments, the house keeping was
immaculate, the kitchen staff produced such tasty and attractive food
whilst nothing was too much trouble for the front of house. Thank you
for the obvious effort you put in to ensure your guests have a

Having stayed in many Hotels in Galway and elsewhere at home and abroad I
have yet to encounter staff to equal the standards set by those in
Parkhouse.
Accommodation Food and Drink all excellent and delivered with a smile in a

We stayed for one night in the Park Hotel and enjoyed it immensely.
The room was comfortable and extremely spacious with a nice bathroom.
The hotel is right on Eyre Square and therefore very well placed to
explore the city. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.
It is hard to stop outside but the staff will valet park for you at no
cost if you pop in to reception and ask.
