Due to the recent announcement from the government and the implementation of Level 5 under Ireland's Plan for Living with Covid-19, we have temporarily closed the hotel.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation up to day of arrival at 12 noon with no penalty. If you have booked on a third party website (ex. Booking.com, Expedia), please see their cancellation policy.

Park House Hotel is a member of the Fáilte Ireland Safety Charter and has been inspected and given highest approval for following protocols and modifying layout for social distance. We would like to assure our guests that we are taking all precautions to ensure a safe environment in the hotel for our guests and team in accordance with Irish Government guidelines. 

Official protocol will be followed regarding sanitisation of all areas of the hotel and adhering to social distancing rules. It will be required that everyone on entering the hotel use hand sanitiser which will be provided at all entrances. Customers and guests are requested to wear a mask when in public areas of the hotel.

Hand Hygiene and Masks
Proper and frequent hand washing will be practiced by all members of staff and masks will be worn. 

Public Spaces
Regular and frequent cleaning and disinfecting will be carried out in all public areas with particular attention to high touch areas such as elevator buttons, door handles, front desk counter and room keys.

Bedrooms
Housekeeping staff have been trained on enhanced hygiene protocols relating to Covid-19. Extra time will be allotted to staff to carry out cleaning. Extra emphasis will be on high touch areas and items that cannot be sanitised such as magazines etc will be removed.

Breakfast Service
We have ample space in our dining room to meet the required distance between tables for guest safety and social distance. Breakfast service remains as pre-Covid, items on the buffet such as cereals, breads, pastries and fruit are individually wrapped. Hot items are ordered at the table from your waiter or waitress and room service breakfast is also available.

• Lunch, Dinner and Bar Food Service
We have ample space in our dining room to meet the required distance between tables for guest safety and social distance. Servers wear masks, menus are sanitised and all safety protocols are followed. Hotel Residents will also be looked after for pre and post dinner drinks in the lobby or lounge.

• Social Distancing
Close contact between guests who are not travelling together is minimised. There will be 2 metre space between all tables and a maximum of 6 guests can be seated together.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, we have ample space in the dining room and breakfast service is much the same as pre-Covid but with extra safety protocols in place and all servers wearing masks.
For any direct bookings (on hotel website or by telephone), you can cancel up to 12 o'clock on the day of arrival with no cancellation penalty. If you have booked on a third party site you will need to contact them directly to cancel and please note their cancellation policy details. 
The only change to drinks service is that you order your drink at your table and it will be served to you by a member of our friendly team. There is no time limitations and the hotel is set up to have the required social distancing between tables in all areas of the hotel including Boss Doyle's Bar. 
It's advisable to book a table for dinner to get your preferred time. If you haven't booked in advance we will ensure that you are accommodated as close to your preferred time as possible. 
No, our vouchers do not have an expiry date. 
If your voucher is for a specific package with date range in the terms & conditions you will be able to use the voucher outside of the stated dates but a supplement may apply. The amount paid for the voucher will be honoured.
