What time is check-in?
Guests can check in from 3 pm.

What should I do if I arrive before 3 pm?
You can register at Hotel Reception, we will store your luggage and organise car parking for you. When your room is ready we will contact you and you can collect your room keys and your luggage will be waiting for you in your room.

What time is check out?
Check out time is 12 noon. We are happy to store your luggage for you if you, if needed.

Does the hotel have car parking facilities?
We have a car park on the site of the hotel, accessible from Fairgreen Road - GPS co-ordinates 53.274824, -9.045782

For overflow car park or for guests whose parking is not included in the room rate, we recommend you use the Euro Car Park, located adjacent to hotel car park entrance. Please see for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will need to give us 2 days notice of a cancellation or the first night of your stay will be charged. Some special offer bookings or bookings for dates that require a deposit to be paid may have different cancellation policy, please refer to your booking confirmation.
For bookings made through third party websites such as and Expedia/, cancellations cannot be made through the hotel , you must contact the company you made the booking with.

Can I check in to the Hotel during the night?
Yes, please inform the hotel if you will be a late arrival.

Does the hotel have Wifi?
Yes, we have complimentary wifi throughout the hotel.

Is there air-conditioning in the hotel?
Yes, bedrooms are air-conditioned with control panel in each bedroom so you can regulate heat/ cooling.

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served from 7 until 10 am from Monday - Friday and from 7.30 until 10.30 am on Saturday and Sunday.

Can I get breakfast earlier than these times if I have to check out early?
We can arrange a continental breakfast for you before breakfast service times. Please order with Hotel Reception before 9 pm the night before you are leaving.

Do I need to bring Adaptors/ Convertors for my electrical devices?
The voltage in our sockets is 220 volts. If you are using appliances of a different power level you will need to bring an adaptor/ convertor.

How do I arrange day tours?
Hotel Reception are happy to advise and arrange day tours for you, please ask on arrival.
