Best Hotel in Galway

Have decided that this is the ONLY hotel to stay in when visiting Galway - if you want consistently 1st class: staff, food, rooms, service, location & pricing. The staff (many here a long time) are fantastic from the moment we handed over car keys, to reception, to Anna our fab babysitter (& staff member). The meal we had was outstanding. We've already booked our next visit. Well done everyone in the Park House for showcasing Irish hospitality at its best.

The Park House Hotel has one of the best staff I have ever encountered on trips in Ireland or abroad. From the minute you arrive you are greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The hotel itself is luxurious with a wonderful atmosphere. The food is outstanding and so reasonably priced. Well done everyone at this hotel

Top class old world charm and service

Very very comfortable hotel with the kind of welcome you only get when all your staff are obviously well chosen for their hospitality. We had such a lovely stay here. The covid procedures are absolutely excellent throughout the hotel and the staff went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed for our stay. In particular the staff at breakfast were extremely kind and helpful for my gluten free needs. If you fancy getting here by public transport or just parking the car and walking everywhere this hotel is a fantastic location right in the city centre.

Probably the best service anywhere

We were on a month long trip throughout the UK and Ireland. We stayed in 10 different hotels in 8 different cities. The service from every single staff member was beyond exceptional. The valet, reception desk, concierge, waiters and waitresses, maids, maintenance.....everybody was super friendly and helpful. We were entirely impressed. Also the location is great for exploring the heart of Galway, the breakfasts were terrific and the room had the perfect amount of old world charm and decor. I spoke with several other guests and learned that many of them have been coming for decades. They seem to come for the food, location, ambiance, and most of all, the incredible service throughout. If we ever come back to Galway, we will definitely stay at the Park House Hotel.

Wonderful Hotel!

Flawless experience from check in to check out. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and eager to help particularly the staff serving breakfast! We were very happy with our room and the Covid measures were superb!! Perfect central location.

A Special Place

My wife and I recently made a return visit to the Park House Hotel to mark our 40th wedding anniversary and were delighted with our choice. We were impressed by the manner in which current restrictions and safety measures were managed by all staff throughout the hotel ensuring no lessening to the guest experience. Well done everyone!! The welcoming, friendly manner of all staff combined with the charm and ambiance of the surroundings and fabulous food makes the Park House a special place. A huge thank you to all the management and staff, especially the restaurant team for the special little touches and for making our celebration and stay so enjoyable. Already booked for another stay next July.

An oasis of hospitality and friendship

This hotel from the minute you arrive to its doors you are made welcome, the staff are friendly and efficient, you never feel hurried, the service and food are excellent. the bedrooms are comfortable and absolutely spotless, Visited during Covid19 and never for a minute did we feel unsafe. all staff adhered to the health protocols and anything we needed was delivered without any fuss. Great hotel and we will be back soon.
